UGA Design Factory offers workshops and challenges for students. This allows them to develop soft skills like creativity, cooperation and critical thinking to prepare them to design innovative solutions that address the major societal challenges of the future.

Workshops/projects

  • Hack your Campus: 3 days working in interdisciplinary groups to take on high-stakes challenges related to global transitions proposed by research laboratories, associations, companies or local authorities.
  • Labo des Possibles: an exploratory study conducted as a design project carried out over one semester
  • Fablab Jam Session: a workshop on ecological transition carried out in a fablab
